Terms of Service

Plain-English terms for using FindMyFlight. Last updated 12 October 2026.

1. Who we are

FindMyFlight.app (the “Service”) is operated by SOLODIGITALLTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17220868) (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. What the Service is, and is not

FindMyFlight is a flight comparison and price-alert service. We collect publicly available fare information and show it to you. We are not an airline, travel agency, tour operator, hotel, car-rental or package-holiday company, and we do not issue tickets or sell airline seats.

When you choose a fare, you book and pay the airline (or its chosen seller) directly on their website, under their terms. Any contract for carriage is between you and the airline.

3. Fares and accuracy

Fares, times and availability come from third-party sources and change constantly. We work hard to be accurate but cannot guarantee that a fare shown will still be available or exactly as displayed. The price shown on the airline's own booking page is the price that applies. Information about price trends is a guide drawn from past data and is not a prediction or promise.

4. Cost, commissions and partner links

FindMyFlight is free to use and we do not add any fee or markup to the fares we show. You pay the airline or booking partner directly, on their website, under their terms.

Some links on the Service are partner (affiliate) links. If you click one and make a booking, the partner may pay us a commission. This costs you nothing extra and does not change the price or the order of results, which are always sorted lowest fare first. Links that open an airline's own website may not earn us anything.

Because you book and pay the airline or partner directly, any change, cancellation or refund of your ticket is handled by them. If we ever introduce a paid service, we will tell you clearly before you pay and the free search will remain free.

5. Price alerts

Alerts are sent by email only, after you confirm your address. You choose how often we may email you. Every alert contains a one-click link to stop it. We never send SMS messages and we never use your address for marketing. We may stop an alert if the flight date has passed, if emails to you bounce, or if we believe the alert is being misused.

6. Fair use and acceptable use

We kindly ask everyone to use FindMyFlight as an individual traveller would. In particular, please do not:

  • send automated, scripted or very high-volume requests, or try to copy or resell our results in bulk;
  • probe, scan, overload, or attempt to break or bypass the Service or its protections;
  • use the assistant or any form to send spam, abuse, unlawful content, or someone else's email address without their permission;
  • try to make the assistant ignore its rules or reveal its instructions.

To keep the Service fast and fair, we apply rate limits and may temporarily or permanently block connections that appear automated or abusive, without notice where necessary. If you think we have blocked you by mistake, email [email protected] and we will gladly look into it. Thank you for helping us keep this service free of clutter and open to everyone.

7. The AI assistant

The assistant helps you search and understand how the Service works. It can make mistakes, it cannot book tickets, and it does not give legal, financial, medical, visa or immigration advice. Always check travel requirements and the final fare with the airline and the relevant authorities. Please do not enter sensitive personal information into the chat.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, its design and its software belong to us or our licensors. Airline names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify fares. You may use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial travel planning.

9. Availability and liability

We provide the Service “as is” and aim to keep it available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on displayed fares or alerts, airline actions (cancellations, changes, fare withdrawals), or third-party websites. Because the Service is free, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to £100 to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.

10. Changes to the Service or terms

We may improve or change the Service and these terms. We will update the date above, and for material changes we will say so on the site. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although if you are a consumer you may also have the right to bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live.
